Embedded Software Developer

A rapidly expanding and innovative system development and production service provider, working with companies in medical technology, analysis, bio and lab technology, and photonics, is seeking talented individuals to join their team. They offer an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of firmware/software for complex mechatronic systems.

The Role

• Develop and design software solutions. • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed software solutions. • Conduct unit, integration, and system tests to ensure software quality and functionality. • Adapt existing software to new requirements and continuously develop to keep up with technological advancements. • Collaborate with other developers, designers, and project managers to complete projects on time and efficiently.

What You'll Need

• A degree in Computer Science, Technical Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification, or successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist. • Solid knowledge of Embedded C/C++ programming languages. • Practical experience with real-time operating systems and working with hard real-time requirements. • Ideally, initial experience in developing software for medical technology. • Very good German language skills (written and spoken) and good English language skills (for technical documentation and communication). • A structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style, as well as strong teamwork skills.
