Role Overview

We are looking for an Embedded Software Development C C

Responsibilities

• Leading and mentoring a team of embedded software engineers in design development and integration activities
• Driving protocol development and implementation in Linux-based environments
• Having Understanding of Architect designing and optimizing software modules using C C
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements solutions and delivery roadmaps
• Ensuring adherence to coding standards design principles and best practices
• Conducting code reviews performance analysis and debugging
• Owning technical decisions and provide guidance for problem-solving
• Coordinating with stakeholders to track progress resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
• Having Strong background in Linux environment socket programming and protocol development
• Experience in embedded systems real-time applications or communication protocols like BACnet KNX
• Excellent problem-solving debugging and analytical skills
• Proven track record of driving technical topics and leading teams
• Having Ability to quickly learn recent technologies and work independently with minimal supervision
• Having Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams

Requirements

• Holding a graduate BE B Tech MCA M Tech M Sc with good academic record
• 8 10 years of professional experience in software development with C C programming in embedded domain
• Experience in networking protocols IoT or industrial communication standards
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies and CI CD practices
• Familiarity with version control e g Git build systems and debugging tools

Location

This role based in Pune is an individual contributor position You may be required to visit other locations within India and internationally
