Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert on-site, partnering with customers to implement and enhance software solutions
• Work closely with client teams to assess operational challenges and develop personalized solutions
• Construct custom tools, web applications, and data-driven solutions to optimize manufacturing and engineering workflows
• Take ownership of the solution delivery process from conception to deployment and iteration
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code across the full stack
• Collaborate within small, high-impact teams to deliver mission-critical projects
• Incorporate customer insights into product development for continuous platform improvement

Essential Skills and Experience

• Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields
• Experience in building and deploying production-quality software
• Proficiency in modern full stack development (Python, React/TypeScript, SQL, AWS or similar)
• Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership
• Comfortable working directly with customers in a hands-on, problem-solving capacity
• Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites

Desirable Skills

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial environments, or hardware-focused companies
• Background as a Product Manager, Lead Engineer, or another customer-facing technical role
• Experience with large-scale data and building data-driven solutions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in startup environments
