Embedded Software Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role, you will develop and verify embedded software to meet specifications, cost, quality, and schedule, while contributing to continuous improvement. You will design and evaluate signal processing algorithms embedded in hardware and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve engineering challenges. This is a hands-on position that blends software, signal processing, and verification under industry guidelines. You’ll work in a dynamic, innovative environment with a clear impact on complex motion and sensing applications.

Rémunérations / Avantages • Identify customer needs and estimate software development efforts • Model and analyze software requirements • Design signal processing algorithms • Perform software design, coding and integration • Conduct software verification (reviews, analyses, high- and low-level testing) • Ensure compliance with industry guidelines (e.g., DO-178C) • Support clients during testing activities • Maintain previously developed projects • Contribute to development methodology improvement and technical innovation

Responsabilités • University Degree (Master) in software or robotics Engineering • Experience in designing and implementing signal processing algorithms (Accel/Tacho/FIR) • At least 3 years of industrial Embedded Software Engineering experience, ideally with FPGA • Ability to understand and contextualize customer needs in industrial development or research contexts • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work in a changing environment and prioritize to meet deadlines • Team player with cross-functional collaboration • Autonomous, proactive, can-do attitude • Fluent in French; very good English (spoken and written)
