Your responsibilities: • Developing, expanding, and maintaining embedded software for our battery storage systems • Designing and implementing software architectures for powerful and reliable systems • Implementation of functions for diagnosis, monitoring, and error handling (error management) • Parameterization and configuration of device settings and system functions • Creation of software test plans and independent execution of software tests • Setting up and maintaining the necessary development and test environments. • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams from the fields of electronics, mechanics, and systems development.

Your profile: • Degree in computer science, electrical engineering, technical computer science, or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of experience in the development of embedded software, ideally in the energy or automation industry. • In-depth knowledge of C/C++ or comparable programming languages for embedded systems. • Experience in creating software architectures and confident use of modern development tools • Knowledge of error management systems and communication protocols required, real-time operating systems (RTOS) desirable • Structured, solution-oriented approach to work and enjoyment of working in a growth-oriented environment. • Ability to work in a team, commitment, and willingness to take on responsibility.
