Embedded Software Engineer (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You develop embedded software in the areas of power electronics, communication, and operations management, including measurement, monitoring, control, and regulation.
• You participate in development projects for power supply solutions in the automotive, industrial/medical, or server and networking sectors, e.g. for AC/DC and/or DC/DC converters.
• You are part of interdisciplinary, international teams consisting of hardware, software, mechanical design, and testing experts.
• You evaluate tests and advise both development and the customer on the evaluation of the results.
• You program in C and C#.
• You work with model-based software development.
• You support commissioning and device tests.
• If necessary, you plan and carry out software tests, e.g. SIL, MIL, HIL.

Your Profile

• You have completed a degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, computer science, or a comparable field of study.
• You have experience in software development of embedded control applications in C and signal conditioning.
• Python knowledge is an advantage.
• You possess reliable knowledge of various DSP/μC platforms and real-time systems.
• You have good knowledge of communication protocols.
• Experience in model-based software development (e.g. Matlab/Simulink/TargetLink) is advantageous.
• Ideally, you have experience with tools in the area of SW test automation.
• Knowledge in Flash Bootloader, FW Update, and control engineering is advantageous.
• You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You work independently, are committed, creative, and a team player.
