In the Innovation Projects and Development Center in Hückelhoven, engineers lead and coordinate global innovation projects, support cross-functional product development activities of the global competence centers in the Interroll Group, and evaluate the performance and reliability of technical solutions in a state-of-the-art test environment. A high-performance quality management system ensures the recognized and certified quality of the developed solutions. This ensures that existing legal requirements are optimally met and future requirements are systematically anticipated during product development.

Responsibilities

• Professionelle Software Entwicklung für Embedded Systeme in unserem Produkt-Portfolio
• Übernahme der Projektleitung bei Software-Entwicklungsprojekten
• Steuerung und Koordinierung von internen und externen Entwicklungspartnern
• Erstellung von Anforderungs-, Risiko- und Gefahrenanalysen
• Interpretation der Anforderungsanalysen und Ableiten von Testplänen
• Übernahme des Risikomanagements in den Projekten
• Entwicklung von Unit-Tests und automatisierten Integrationstests

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (technische) Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der SW-Entwicklung von Embedded Systemen
• Kenntnisse im Bereich von Feldbussen
• Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und der Führung von Projektteams
• Erfahrung mit der Qualitätssicherung in der Softwareentwicklung
• Fähigkeit im Team zu arbeiten und Netzwerke auszubauen
• Kreativität und die Fähigkeit um die „Ecke denken zu können“
• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
