Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of firmware for the reliable use of sensors in diverse application areas.
• Conducting code reviews and module tests to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Support in the production introduction of new products.
• Participation in trade fairs and conferences for continuous professional development.
• Independent software development in an agile SCRUM team.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Technical Computer Science, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
  • High-level languages such as C, C++, and C#.
  • Agile software development.
  • Programming of microcontrollers.
  • Software designs with UML.
  • Numerical simulation, data acquisition, data analysis, and evaluation with MATLAB.
  • Development of new signal processing algorithms for low-power level sensors.
  • Test and debugging methods for embedded systems.
