Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid/on-site role located in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area for an Embedded System Engineer. The role involves designing, developing, and testing embedded software, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to create AI-assisted, IoT-based solutions, and integrating hardware and software components to ensure seamless functionality. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and optimizing embedded systems, and staying updated on emerging technologies to improve system performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Embedded Software development and Software Development
• Strong technical expertise in Electrical Engineering and Electronics
• Experience with Internet of Things (IoT) applications and solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, and optimize embedded systems
• Familiarity with hardware-software integration and system-level design
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and AI is a plus
