As a Senior AUTOSAR Engineer, you will serve in the design and deployment of complex automotive software architectures. With a decade of experience, you will bridge the gap between high-level architectural requirements and low-level hardware execution, specializing in multicore distribution and HWIO abstraction.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Leadership: Drive the full lifecycle of AUTOSAR BSW integration, from stack selection to final validation.
• Complex HWIO Design: Lead the design of HWIO (Hardware Input/Output) modules and MCAL configurations to support sophisticated sensor/actuator sets.
• Multicore Strategy: Architect the partitioning of software components across multicore systems, ensuring optimal load balancing and data integrity (Inter-Core Communication).
• OS Optimization: Fine-tune the RTOS (Operating System) for timing-critical applications, managing complex interrupt nesting and resource locking.
• Mentorship & Quality: Review code and configurations to ensure compliance with MISRA C, ISO 26262 (ASIL-D), and ASPICE standards.

Technical Requirements

• Expert-Level AUTOSAR: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Vector DaVinci, EB Tresos, or ETAS toolchains.
• Advanced Hardware Control: Deep expertise in HWIO, complex drivers (CDD), and low-level microcontroller abstraction.
• Deep OS Knowledge: Mastery of AUTOSAR OS (Scalability Classes 1–4) and real-time scheduling theory.
• Multicore Execution: Proven track record of solving race conditions and synchronization issues in high-performance multicore environments.
• Low-Level Debugging: Mastery of Lauterbach TRACE32, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Adaptive AUTOSAR for high-performance controllers.
• Strong background in Cybersecurity (HSM integration) and Functional Safety.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
