If a candidate has more HIL skills but less software, they can focus on HIL responsibilities. Will have internal support and may work closely with L&T on HIL setup and integration.

Key Skills Requested

• Primary: RTOS experience (priority for majority of ECMs involved).
• Secondary: Linux experience (useful but less critical; only a couple ECMs involved).
• Competencies in Embedded C programming, MATLAB/Simulink modeling.
• Application-level software development (not low-level drivers or bootloaders).
• Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) bench experience is an advantage but not required; HIL benches to be housed in Mossville, AC building.
