Overview

You will be part of a technical development team, designing firmware and hardware solutions for demanding product developments. You will work with microcontroller platforms such as STM32, ESP32, or comparable SoCs and implement real-time requirements in software. You will benefit from flat structures, short decision-making paths, and individual training opportunities. Your work will have a direct impact on product maturity from prototypes to series production, while maintaining a balanced work-life balance.

Your Tasks

• Develop firmware for microcontroller platforms like STM32, ESP32 or nRF52 and implement real-time systems.
• Integrate hardware components and create board layouts using tools like Eagle or KiCad.
• Program time-critical algorithms in C++ for coordinating sensors and actuators.
• Perform tests and verification tests with oscilloscope and logic analyzer and document results.
• Support products throughout the entire lifecycle from concept to series production.
• Work cross-functionally with technical, purchasing, and quality departments and use modern collaboration and planning tools.

Your Profile

• You have experience in firmware development for microcontroller platforms like STM32 or ESP32.
• You are proficient in C++ in embedded environments and understand real-time concepts.
• You are familiar with common communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, and TCP/IP.
• You are experienced with hardware debugging and measurement tools like oscilloscope and logic analyzer.
• You work in a structured manner, document technical solutions, and communicate confidently in German (at least B2).
• You use version control like Git for managing firmware code.
