An international industrial manufacturer in the Westland, MI area is seeking an Embedded Systems Engineer to support the company's new product and system development. Qualified candidates should have a strong background in UAV systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Flight stack development and maintenance
• Payload and sensor integration
• Avionics and communication architecture
• Testing and verification
• Change control and change management

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar relevant degree
• At least 3 years of experience in unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) systems integration (PX4 preferred)
• Experience with C/C++ programming and real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Experience with MAVLink and MAVSDK
• Experience with embedded systems architecture
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well within a team
