Embedded Test Engineer

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in embedded systems testing with strong understanding of C programming and debugging fundamentals
• Experience in testing microcontroller‑based systems such as STM32, ensuring functionality, stability, and performance under different conditions
• Good knowledge of communication protocol testing including I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS232, and RS485 with practical debugging exposure
• Familiarity with wireless module testing such as Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, BLE, GPS/GNSS, GSM, LTE, NB‑IoT, and LoRa technologies
• Proficient in using debugging tools like logic analyzer, oscilloscope, and serial monitors for root cause analysis
• Understanding of RTOS concepts, multitasking, and system‑level testing methodologies
• Ability to design and execute test cases, prepare detailed test plans, and generate validation reports
• Basic exposure to Embedded Linux, board bring‑up, and hardware‑level testing
• Strong understanding of hardware‑software integration, power consumption analysis, and performance optimization
