What will you do?

  • You will design secure, resilient IT platforms and work at the crossroads of technology, governance, and risk management.
  • As Cloud Architect you will play key role in designing, securing, and operating Sakata’s cloud and Microsoft 365 environments across the EMEA region. This position is central to ensuring secure architecture, business continuity, and cyber‑risk mitigation in a global, business‑critical IT landscape.
  • You will act as a technical referent for Cloud and Cybersecurity, supporting regional IT teams while ensuring involvement in Global Cybersecurity working team defining standards, governance, and Compliance principles. It also has a strong handover and continuity objective, progressively taking over responsibilities currently led by current EMEA system manager, to ensure stability and long‑term cybersecurity maturity.

Where will you work?

The position is based in Uchaud (30), at Sakata Vegetables EMEA headquarters, and covers the entire EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). It involves close collaboration with regional IT teams, global stakeholders, and regular travel to Sakata sites across EMEA.

You will operate in multicultural, international environment. Therefore, you need fluent English to perform.

Do you fit this profile ?

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in cloud architecture, cybersecurity, or a related IT role, ideally within a service‑oriented and business‑critical environment.
  • You have strong expertise in Azure and the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Defender, Sentinel tools).
  • A knowledge of NIST framework is a plus.
  • You are comfortable working with suppliers, auditors, service providers, understanding IT risk and compliance requirements, and can document and communicate security standards clearly.
  • You enjoy working in international contexts and adapting to different cultures.
