About

We are seeking a highly experienced EMEA Leader to drive regional growth, commercial excellence, and strategic execution within our traction systems business. This is a key role responsible for expanding market presence, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable profitability across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

What you will do:

• Define and execute regional business strategies aligned with global objectives
• Drive sales growth, market expansion, and go-to-market initiatives
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance across the region
• Optimize pricing strategies and cost structures to enhance competitiveness
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners
• Ensure excellence in project execution and customer delivery
• Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional team (sales, marketing, support)
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics preferred); MBA is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in traction motors, drives, or vehicle electrification
• Strong background in off-highway and commercial vehicle applications
• Proven experience in regional or business unit leadership roles
• Solid commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience leading international, cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
