EMPLOI ÉTUDIANT – Une ou un analyste d’affaires
Ministère de la Justice
About the role
About
The Ministry of Justice (MJQ) has a mandate to administer the resources necessary for the proper functioning of the judicial courts and to ensure justice services and access to them for the Quebec population. The Principal Directorate General for Service Evolution, Records, Certification and Digital Transformation (DGPESRCTN) is responsible for the transformation of justice services within the Ministry. This is a major undertaking for the Quebec government.
The transformation of justice aims to make it more accessible and efficient. The DGPESRCTN is responsible for the delivery of the Lexius Program, which aims to optimize, harmonize and modernize the administration of justice services. This transformation will enable technological advancements, including the implementation of various online services for parties involved in a legal case and the digital management of court files, which have until now been entirely paper-based.
Daily Tasks
In the Principal Directorate General for Service Evolution, Records, Certification and Digital Transformation, the person will act as a business analyst in the context of organizational transformation in judicial services. In collaboration with team members, the person will participate in the documentation of various business architecture components (e.g., in law) that will form the basis for new solutions to be developed and implemented. The person will participate in the production of various deliverables within the framework of transformation projects, such as different types of analyses (operational or administrative impact analyses, opportunity analyses, business positioning, business cases, etc.), the design and implementation of optimized business processes, and diagnostic studies, particularly concerning operational issues.
