We are seeking an energetic and strategic Employee Success Manager to champion our workforce development initiatives and foster a thriving, engaged, and high-performing organizational culture. In this pivotal role, you will lead efforts to enhance employee experience, streamline HR processes, and support leadership in cultivating a resilient and motivated team. Your expertise will drive initiatives that align talent management with our strategic goals, ensuring every employee feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive employee success strategies that promote engagement, retention, and professional growth.
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to ensure a seamless integration process.
- Manage performance management programs, including employee evaluations, goal setting, and continuous feedback cycles.
- Lead employee orientation sessions and training & development initiatives to foster skill enhancement and career advancement.
- Handle employee relations issues with tact and transparency while managing conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design, succession planning, change management strategies, and program management efforts to support business growth.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Administration), workers' compensation, and benefits administration.
- Proven experience supervising HR teams or managing HR functions with excellent organizational skills.
- Skilled in negotiation, contract management, process improvement, and strategic planning to optimize human capital management practices.
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to diverse audiences including senior leadership; adept at data analysis for informed decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
