Seeking an Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Strategist to help build and execute a scalable recruitment marketing strategy for a rapidly growing healthcare/autism support organization. This role will focus on increasing caregiver and paraprofessional applicant volume through employer branding, digital marketing campaigns, social content strategy, and recruitment-focused growth initiatives.
The organization has experienced significant growth in customer demand and is looking for someone who can help solve a critical staffing pipeline challenge by attracting the right early-career and Gen Z candidate demographics at scale.
This is a highly strategic but execution-oriented role focused on building employer brand awareness, optimizing recruitment funnels, and driving measurable increases in applicant volume and quality.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Build and lead a recruitment marketing and employer brand strategy focused on increasing caregiver and paraprofessional applicant volume
- Develop audience targeting, campaign strategy, and funnel optimization initiatives focused on Gen Z and early-career demographics
- Create and oversee recruitment-focused content strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and related platforms
- Launch and optimize authenticity-based video and social campaigns designed to improve candidate engagement
- Develop messaging and positioning strategies that make the organization more attractive to younger caregiver demographics
- Advise on paid advertising strategy, budget allocation, campaign reporting, and recruitment funnel performance
- Identify scalable growth opportunities including college outreach, passive branding campaigns, and digital recruitment initiatives
- Partner closely with marketing leadership to execute and optimize campaigns over time
- Support hands-on campaign execution, content development, and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed
- Analyze applicant funnel performance and recommend data-driven improvements to increase applicant volume and quality
- Serve as a strategic thought partner by challenging assumptions and recommending more effective marketing approaches
- Help establish scalable employer branding and recruitment marketing best practices
Minimum Requirements
- 4 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, growth marketing, talent attraction, or digital marketing
- Hands-on experience building and executing recruitment-focused or candidate attraction campaigns
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, social media campaigns, and digital marketing strategy
- Strong understanding of Gen Z and early-career audience engagement strategies
- Experience developing content and social campaigns designed to drive awareness and inbound engagement
- Experience with funnel optimization, campaign reporting, and performance marketing concepts
- Ability to operate independently and move quickly in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Experience collaborating with marketing, recruiting, and leadership stakeholders
- Strong communication and content strategy skills
- Ability to balance high-level strategy with tactical execution
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, home health, autism/ABA, behavioral health, education, or mission-driven organizations
- Experience marketing to social work graduates, nursing students, teachers, or early-career healthcare professionals
- Experience with TikTok/Reels-first content strategies and authenticity-based campaigns
- Experience scaling high-volume applicant pipelines
- Experience with employer branding for workforce-heavy or frontline organizations
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
- Experience combining strategic consulting with hands-on campaign execution
