We are looking for a client-facing Reverse Recruiter to join our team. As a Reverse Recruiter, you will support clients in finding their next role, guiding them from A to Z, encompassing professional branding, job search strategy, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own assigned clients end-to-end, accountable for service quality and outcomes, with the objective of getting interviews for clients.
  • Proactively identify risks to a client’s success, take action within scope, and escalate as needed to improve interview and offer conversion.
  • Conduct daily job searches and submit applications on behalf of clients, based on predefined criteria.
  • Write and adjust resumes and cover letters as needed to ensure alignment with specific job applications and ATS requirements.
  • Write LinkedIn profile content and update client LinkedIn profiles.
  • Identify and contact relevant professionals to support applications through targeted networking.
  • Communicate with clients daily through written communication.
  • Depending on skill level and fit, participate in and/or lead client video consultations.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of HR/career development-related experience.
  • Native-level English skills, written and spoken.
  • Strong empathy, client orientation, and professional communication.
  • Confident and comfortable with tech, including using new tech as it emerges.
  • Strong research and organization skills, reliable follow-through, ability to work autonomously, and sound judgment on when to ask for help.
  • A good internet connection and a reliable personal computer are required.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and proper handling of client accounts and information.

This is NOT a classic recruiter job; it’s the opposite. You have to be passionate about helping people succeed and supporting them through the stressful reality of a job search.

Compensation

  • Starting salary: $1,000/month with structured raises in the first year, based on performance.
  • Yearly salary reviews, aligned with performance and growth.
  • 30 days PTO

How This Role Works

  • Fully remote
  • Full-time, 9/10 am - 5/6 pm, Mon-Fri, SAST
