Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Proven experience managing endpoint environments at enterprise scale;
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Windows 11 enterprise configuration;
• Experience with Modern Management and GPO coexistence;
• Strong problemsolving and communication skills;
• Proactive, resilient, and assertive mindset;
• Microsoft certifications (nice to have);
• Businesslevel English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full device lifecycle across Windows environments, including enrolment, provisioning, configuration, patching, compliance, and decommissioning;
• Design and maintain standardized configurations, policies, and security baselines using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot;
• Implement and optimize Modern Device Management solutions;
• Automate provisioning, policy enforcement, reporting, and operational workflows through cloud integrations and enterprise APIs;
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture, proactively resolving issues;
• Maintain clear technical documentation and continuously improve platform capabilities following industry best practices.
