To further develop our data-driven forecasting services, we are looking for an analytically strong personality to make our forecast models production-ready and strategically develop our data landscape.
Responsibilities
- Development of ML models for generation and consumption forecasts
- Design and implementation of ETL/ELT pipelines for processing heterogeneous data sources such as IoT sensors, ERP systems, and external telemetry data
- Development of algorithms for optimizing energy use in our energy communities
- Transfer of experimental pipelines into stable, maintainable, and scalable production environments
- Creation of insights & reporting for stakeholders
- Further development of data architectures

Salary
For this position, an annual gross salary starting from EUR 52,000 for full-time employment is planned, with willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience.
Qualifications
- Completed training in computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or comparable field
- Very good Python skills (OOP) and experience with common ML frameworks
- Good SQL skills and experience with relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB)
- Experience in analyzing time series, telemetry, or sensor data
- Practical experience in building ETL/ELT pipelines and ML pipelines
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments
- Understanding of clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Analytical mindset, initiative, and structured way of working
- Good German and English skills
