Responsibilities

As an Engagement Manager, you will:

• Intervene on application and infrastructure projects: Bring your experience to manage these projects
• Manage a portfolio of significant client projects: Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty through rigorous and proactive management.
• Manage service centers and teams: Coordinate teams to ensure the quality and efficiency of deliverables.
• Ensure project profitability while respecting budget constraints.
• Manage teams: Performance reviews, career management, HR skills development, etc.
• Participate in pre-sales: Contribute your expertise in solution design, validate costs and margins.
• Develop client relationships through upselling and cross-selling: Identify and exploit new opportunities with our existing clients.

Qualifications

You have experience as a Project Manager in a service company (ESN), and wish to boost your career by moving towards Project Management leadership?
