Your Main Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships with a deep understanding of goals, expectations, and business value
• Planning, managing, and monitoring multiple IT projects in parallel (focus: many smaller projects, occasionally a larger one with content-related project management)
• Overall administrative responsibility for larger projects and training programs (schedule, budget, resource, and contract management)
• Taking over content-related project management for selected initiatives (e.g., migrations, strategically relevant initiatives)
• Proactive, transparent planning and management of budget, forecast, and billing (Fixed Price Time Material) including change request management according to contract
• Tracking progress, KPIs, and milestones, as well as proactive risk and escalation management
• Building and coordinating successful project teams (including mixed teams of customer and provider resources)
• Ensuring clear communication and high transparency towards customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Close collaboration with sales, delivery, finance, and management
• Work is primarily remote

Project Types You Will Manage

• Training and enablement projects (administrative control, quality assurance)
• IT migrations (e.g., platform, cloud, or tool migrations)
• Many smaller customer projects with accompanying project management
• Occasional larger projects where you also take on content-related project responsibility
• Programs with multiple sub-projects and parallel streams

Your Superpower

• Several years of experience in project or engagement management in the IT or consulting environment
• Experience in parallel management of multiple projects (multi-project environment)
• Independent handling of Fixed Price and Time & Material projects
• High attention to detail and strong quality awareness
• Strong affinity for financial management, budget control, forecasting, and billing
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to switch between administrative control and content-related project management
• Good knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) as well as classic project management approaches (PMP or similar is a plus)
• Understanding of software development processes (SDLC) and IT project contexts
• High degree of self-responsibility, ownership mindset, and decisiveness
• Customer and team orientation with professional stakeholder management
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
