Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance and engineering activities across the hotel property
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of all equipment and facilities
• Manage maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues and guest requests to minimize disruptions
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and inventory of supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and improve guest experience
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in hotel maintenance, engineering, or facilities management
• Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety protocols
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Relevant certifications or licenses in facilities management or engineering preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
