Spare Parts Management with Precision – You Control Repair from Request to Delivery.

For our client HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH, we are looking for an Engineer / Project Manager, Repair & Spare Parts at the Ulm site. In the Services Order Management department, you will be responsible for spare parts and repair management for complex devices and systems – from order control and cost calculation to final quality assurance.

Salary

The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,553 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed‑term basis until 31.03.2027.

Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process and control repair orders in the plant as part of the in‑service support project team
  • Customer Communication: Act as the central point of contact for customers, overseeing the entire processing workflow
  • Project Controlling: Ensure and monitor the cost, schedule, and quality of repair orders
  • Tendering Management: Coordinate and award orders to internal and external parties
  • Quotation Preparation: Develop cost estimates and customer‑specific offers
  • Documentation: Create test and acceptance certificates as well as shipping documents
  • Logistics: Control and monitor delivery to the customer
  • Reporting: Report regularly to product management and project leadership

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering (at least Bachelor's) or a comparable qualification as a state‑certified technician / business manager
  • Several years of professional experience in a technical or commercial environment, ideally related to spare parts or repair management
  • Experience in creating offers and cost estimates
  • Very good knowledge of SAP, especially the SD, CS, and MM modules
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent
  • Good communication skills and team orientation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
