We are seeking an entry-level Engineering Analyst to support energy conservation initiatives for commercial customers. This role combines data analysis, customer interaction, and program coordination to help drive energy efficiency outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support commercial energy conservation programs and initiatives
  • Process applications including data collection, validation, and analysis
  • Analyze energy usage data and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Calculate incentives and support program participation tracking
  • Manage leads, inquiries, and project tracking through CRM tools
  • Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
  • Provide customer support via phone and email
  • Assist in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Qualifications:

  • 0–3 years of experience (new graduates welcome)
  • Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and time management skills

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and driver’s abstract required
  • Ability to travel occasionally to work sites
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
