About the role

Qualifications

  • Proven capabilities to work as core team member and mentor for junior Engineers.

  • Minimum 4+ years of strong background in design/ Installation and Investigation/Feasibility

Responsibilities

  1. Engineering Changes (RFC/PCR Management)

    • Act as Technical Focal Point: Manage the end-to-end process of modifications, specifically Request for Change (RFC) and Program Change Requests (PCR).
    • Evaluate Proposals: Analyze RFCs and PCRs for feasibility, impact on design, safety, certification, and cost.
  2. Investigation & Root Cause Analysis

    • Troubleshooting: Support the Final Assembly Line (FAL) with troubleshooting and provide engineering solutions to production issues.
    • In-Service Investigation: Perform root cause analysis for in-service issues, analyzing data from operators to determine the cause of technical issues.
  3. Engineering Support (Production & In-Service)

    • Technical Assistance: Provide urgent in-situ technical assistance for aircraft troubleshooting, ranging from AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations to long-term reliability studies.
    • Structural/System Repairs: Assess damage scenarios, provide stress justifications, and define repair solutions (often using Structural Repair Manuals - SRM) to ensure quick return to service.
    • Data Analysis: Compile and analyze in-service data to identify trends and improve aircraft maintenance.
    • Investigation Support: Technical analysis conducted to determine the root cause of an unexpected failure

Skills

  • MS office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Catia V5, VPM, PDMLink / PASS SSI
  • Customized Tools: A2PS, SAP, Eroom, Daas, Datalink, Zamiz, 3Djuump, Normaster.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience in Quick engineering support.
