Position Overview

We are seeking two highly motivated Engineering & Customer Relationship Managers to strengthen our technical sales, customer support, and market development efforts. This role is central to driving revenue growth, deepening customer partnerships, and positioning Artec as a technology leader in advanced materials for critical infrastructure.

You will work directly with the Vice President & Managing Director, operating as a hands‑on trusted advisor to major customers, internal engineering teams, and cross‑functional business units. Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tier‑1 customers in RTP (Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe), subsea flexible pipe, and electrification sectors
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison for key accounts, understanding evolving customer needs and translating them into product requirements and specifications
  • Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, applications engineering documents, and product qualification roadmaps
  • Coordinate customer technical reviews, site visits, and audits; present findings and recommendations to leadership

Engineering & Technical Support

  • Support product qualification, testing protocols, and certification pathways for new market segments
  • Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to address customer technical challenges and drive continuous product improvement
  • Contribute to the development of technical marketing materials, case studies, and customer success documentation

Market Development

  • Identify and evaluate market opportunities within RTP, subsea flexible pipe, electrification, and related industrial sectors
  • Support business development initiatives, tender responses, and competitive assessments
  • Participate in industry forums, technical conferences, and customer innovation workshops to strengthen market intelligence
  • Prepare market analyses and growth recommendations for presentation to senior management

Requirements

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, or related discipline) or equivalent professional engineering qualification
  • Professional Experience: candidate with exceptional, relevant education background but without proven experience can still apply to the offer

We are primarily looking for experienced professional, ideally and preferably in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipe (RTP) or subsea flexible pipe systems
  • Subsea engineering and qualification (companies such as Technip, TechnipFMC, NOV, Saipem, Roblon, or equivalent)
  • Electrification and high‑voltage cable systems (companies such as Prysmian, Nexans, Southwire, or equivalent)
  • Advanced composite materials, carbon fiber, or aramid fiber applications
  • Qualification, testing, and certification of industrial products
  • Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written); German and/or another EU or Eastern Asian language (CN, JP or KR) a strong advantage for customer interaction and internal collaboration

  • Experience in startup, growth‑stage, or scale‑up environments
  • Project management or lean/continuous improvement certifications
