Lead the Configuration & Data Management team within Engineering Services. Ensure robust PLM controls and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on new vessel projects.

This managerial role focuses on developing and enforcing Configuration Management Plans. You will oversee controlled technical data and conduct configuration audits while maintaining necessary tools for data integrity. Engage in continuous improvement of workflows and facilitate digital transformation initiatives in PLM and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Plan
• Oversee release and distribution of technical data
• Plan and conduct configuration audits for compliance
• Administer PLM and related management tools
• Drive improvements in Change workflows and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of leadership in shipyard design/data
• Familiarity with EVM and PLM tools
• Strong understanding of configuration management standards
• Excellent communication skills and proven leadership
