Within Thales, you will join teams committed to the development of complex systems in the defense sector. You will evolve in a multidisciplinary environment, at the heart of projects integrating electronics, software, mechanics, and embedded systems, with strong challenges in terms of performance, quality, and deadlines.
As an Engineering Delivery Manager (EDM), you will lead the execution of engineering activities on a project, from design to validation, ensuring technical, schedule, and financial commitments are met.
Your profile
Eager to lead the delivery of complex systems in a demanding technical environment?
Is your priority to ensure the compliance of delivered solutions within deadlines and costs?
Do you have the ambition to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and drive technical performance?
Do you want to contribute to projects combining electronics, software, mechanics, and embedded systems?
You have an engineering degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in systems engineering and experience in:
- Leading complex systems projects or work packages,
- Developing systems (defense, aeronautics, or equivalent),
- Monitoring validation and qualification tests,
- Transverse management in a multi-business environment
