Your day-to-day

Your destination for total control of the sky! From design to installation, we create cutting-edge air traffic control systems! We make airspace access fluid, fair, and sustainable.

As an Engineering Delivery Manager, you lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from definition to deployment, ensuring delivery on cost, schedule, and quality.

You will:

  • Define and drive a value-oriented development strategy, with a strong focus on risk management
  • Lead and orchestrate all engineering activities across disciplines (system, software, hardware)
  • Monitor progress through structured planning, KPIs, and performance indicators (EVM)
  • Ensure effective coordination between teams and anticipate resource and skill needs
  • Oversee integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and engineering performance initiatives

You also play a key role in bid activities by contributing to cost estimation and supporting project milestones.

In this role, you collaborate closely with Product Management, Project/Bid Management, Engineering teams, and key stakeholders.

You bring strong leadership, a delivery mindset, and the ability to navigate complex engineering environments.

Your experience:

  • At least 5 years in industrial engineering project management
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and practices (MS Project, Jira, EVM…)
  • Experience working across multiple engineering disciplines
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Kubernetes, Ansible…)
  • Experience with Agile and Lean methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban…)
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
  • Fluent in English and French

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Thales processes
  • Experience in Aeronautics or Air Traffic Management
