Your Mission as Engineering Delivery Manager (m/f/d):

• Leading a technical team within customer and R&D projects
• Planning and coordinating engineering activities from system design to integration and customer acceptance
• Defining the applicable processes, practices, and tools (PP&T) for the respective system
• Collaborating within the project team with project managers, IVVQ managers, and work package managers from all technical disciplines: hardware, software, and cybersecurity
• Defining and planning engineering work packages for bids and projects regarding performance, costs, and time
• Identifying, assessing, and managing opportunities and risks
• Reporting to project managers and maintaining an Engineering Project Dashboard
• Technical support of subcontractors
• Contributing to personnel utilization and deployment planning
• Deriving lessons learned and making suggestions for improving operational organization

What we're looking for:

• The position typically requires a completed university degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences) or equivalent
• Professional experience in at least one of the following areas: Systems Engineering, Software Development, Hardware Development, System Integration and Testing
• Leadership experience in a transversal or disciplinary role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge and ideally experience in project management
• Willingness to pursue further technical training and embrace new technical challenges
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
