Your daily life
Located 20 minutes from the Paris-Saclay Technology Hub, the site is one of the largest centers of excellence for surface radars. We contribute to developing, designing, integrating, and testing air surveillance radars dedicated to detecting and identifying targets.
Within one of our radar departments, you will join a dynamic and versatile radar System Engineering team, responsible for surveillance radar projects, with or without Stations.
As an Engineering Delivery Manager Radars, you will manage the Engineering and development activities of your project, from end to end in co-engineering and in interaction with the System Engineering, Hardware and Software Development teams, as well as with the Integration and Production teams. You will be the essential guarantor of technical and schedule coherence between the different Development lots.
Your missions will be:
- Manage and coordinate internal teams.
- Orchestrate activities (including those related to risks and opportunities) to ensure project completion in technical, industrial, and financial terms, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Apply development cycle optimization methods, particularly Lean methods in co-engineering.
- Interact daily with the project's PDA and PM.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage documentation and solution configuration.
- Act as the technical interface with the client, often in export.
Your profile:
- With a BAC +5 level education, such as an engineering school or equivalent university degree, you have experience as an EDM or WPM on significant developments or upgrades of high-tech equipment.
- Your general knowledge of primary and secondary radars is essential for your success in the role.
- Are you recognized for your rigor, discipline, and strong synthesis skills to ensure deadlines and the quality of your deliverables are met in a demanding project environment?
- Can you work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in a multinational, multicultural, and multi-company context?
- Do you demonstrate great ease in technical communication with your clients?
- Are you fluent in English?
