Talos Automation are supporting our customer in hiring an experienced Engineering Department Manager to lead their Burlington engineering team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on project execution, team development, customer support, and driving engineering excellence across hardware and software systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor engineering personnel
• Oversee engineering projects from design through implementation
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Review system designs, specifications, and technical solutions
• Support customers with troubleshooting and technical guidance
• Drive continuous improvement, training, and operational efficiency
• Partner with internal teams and customers to ensure successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Background in electrical controls, automation, or industrial systems
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Position Details

• Full-time | Burlington
• Standard start time: 8:00 AM
• Occasional overtime and site travel required
