We’re looking for experienced engineers with deep design expertise to help shape the future of AI in engineering. In this role, you’ll create challenging, simulation-driven design problems that push advanced AI models to reason like real engineers — making trade‑offs, sizing components, and iterating against physics‑based simulators.

Responsibilities

• Craft realistic engineering design tasks with clear constraints and optimization goals.
• Build complete problem sets: solutions, near‑miss variants, edge cases, and documentation.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine problems based on AI model performance.

Requirements

• Master’s/PhD in engineering or applied science.
• 3+ years of hands‑on design experience delivering validated solutions.
• Skilled in simulation tools and Python scripting.
• Detail‑oriented, with a passion for physical realism and design reasoning.
