We are hiring experienced Engineering Design Specialists to work on advanced, simulation-based design challenges that support cutting-edge technology initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to apply deep engineering expertise to create realistic, high-impact design problems involving real-world constraints, trade-offs, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop simulation-based engineering problems with clear constraints and performance goals
• Create detailed problem sets including solutions, edge cases, and variations
• Validate engineering designs using physics-based simulation tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and improve design challenges
• Ensure accuracy across calculations, assumptions, and real-world feasibility

Required Qualifications

• Experience working with simulation tools (open-source preferred)
• Strong programming skills (Python or similar)
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating engineering problems, coursework, or technical assessments
• Exposure to AI/ML, simulation workflows, or automation frameworks
• Cross-domain engineering knowledge
