RVA wishes to bring on board a skilled Engineering Designer to provide expertise in electrical systems design, notably for large-scale transportation projects. Your primary duties will include preparing detailed design plans, supporting project phases, and conducting field visits to assess conditions. Proficiency in AGi32 will be vital for executing lighting analyses.
Responsibilities
- Provide design services for transportation lighting and signals
- Develop schematic and detailed engineering drawings
- Administer technical support throughout projects
- Execute periodic field assessments for project accuracy
- Utilize AGi32 for comprehensive lighting analysis
Requirements
- Background in civil/electrical design focusing on roadway systems
- 0-5 years of design experience in relevant fields
- Understanding of relevant regulations and guidelines
- Knowledge of AGi32, AutoCAD, and MicroStation is a plus
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a personal vehicle
