Engineering Director of Automation - EMEA & Asia Regions

Experteer Overview As Director of Manufacturing Automation in Medtronic's Operations Innovation group, you will shape the technology strategy and roadmap for automation across manufacturing. You will lead the design and deployment of scalable automation solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact. You will oversee evaluation of existing tech, guide new methodologies, and coordinate internal and external partners to meet project goals. This role offers a chance to drive transformational change in healthcare manufacturing and work on high-impact initiatives with senior leadership.

Responsabilités • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of Manufacturing Automation/Leadership experience with 7+ years of managerial experience OR advanced degree and 8+ years of Manufacturing Automation/Leadership experience and 7+ years of managerial experience
