Your activities

As the reference person for the engineering domain, the holder of the position ensures the management of the entire domain and helps position it as a pioneering domain through innovative achievements. Responsible for a team of 5 staff members, this person implements management that allows each individual to carry out activities autonomously and responsibly, while providing the necessary framework to develop their skills.

As a member of the Unibat management committee, this person actively collaborates in decision-making that may impact their domain and the doors in a collegial manner, with their team and the rest of the service.

Your profile

To complete our team, we are looking for a person with the following profile:

  • HES or EPF engineer in HVAC, electricity, civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Additional training in team management
  • Training in occupational safety
  • Proven professional experience in the construction field.
  • Experience in strategic management and leading a domain
  • Experience in managing staff
  • Strategic vision, ability to understand the challenges of the service and the institution
  • Collegial approach and ability to support decisions
  • Participative management and committed leadership
  • In-depth knowledge of procedures, standards, and regulations in the construction field. Experience in financial management of complex projects.
