The recruiter will do full-cycle recruiting, working closely with clients to identify, engage, and place engineers, technicians and artisans. Looking for a technical recruiter to join our team in recruiting Technical staff.

The recruiter will do full-cycle recruiting, working closely with clients to identify, engage, and place engineers, technicians and artisans

Qualifications and experience required:

• Matric plus tertiary qualification

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience OR Sales and Marketing graduates

• Proven track record hiring technical applicants (engineers/technicians and artisans)

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust with candidates and clients

• Comfortable with Recruitment tracking (Placement Partner)

• Strong administration skills

• Knowledge of keeping a pipeline flowing

• Strong organisational and self-management skills

• A process-driven mindset with a passion for efficiency and measurement

• Experience working across time zones with distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close candidates for specific positions.

• Manage multiple open roles while maintaining candidate quality and speed-to-hire.

• Run skill-based interviews: Evaluate technical depth through structured, insight-driven conversations.

• Work closely with clients to ensure job requirements are understood by candidate profiles.

• Maintain candidate experience: Deliver timely, clear communication from first contact to final offer
