Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Instandhaltung & Gebäudemanagement suchen wir einen Engineering & Maintenance Manager (m/w/d).

Die Position ist im Werk Weingarten angesiedelt und berichtet direkt an die Werksleitung. Lokale Präsenz und Sprachkenntnisse sind wichtig, um die Kernaufgaben zu erfüllen.

Ihre Aufgaben: • Verantwortung für die technische Instandhaltung aller Produktionsanlagen, Versorgungs- und Gebäudetechnik in der Lackfabrik • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen • Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit unter Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards (z. B. ATEX, WHG, ISO 9001, ISO 50001, IATF 16949) • Führung und Entwicklung des Instandhaltungsteams sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister (sechs Mitarbeiter) • Budgetverantwortung für den Bereich Maintenance & Facility • Mitwirkung bei Investitionsprojekten, z. B. bei der Planung neuer Anlagen oder Umbauten • Optimierung von Instandhaltungsprozessen durch Einführung von TPM-, Lean- oder digitalen Instandhaltungskonzepten • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften (z. B. BetrSichV, DGUV, VDE, VDI-Richtlinien) • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der Arbeitssicherheitsstandards im Bereich Technik und Facility • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen, Sicherheitsunterweisungen und regelmäßigen Sicherheitsbegehungen • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit sowie mit Behörden und internen EHS-Stellen

Ihr Profil: • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Techniker/Meister) • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung eines Produktionsbetriebs, idealerweise in der chemischen Industrie oder Lackherstellung • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Anlagentechnik, Gebäudetechnik, Arbeitssicherheit und Energiemanagement • Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie im Umgang mit Instandhaltungssoftware (z. B. Mainti4) • Kenntnisse relevanter Sicherheitsvorschriften (z. B. Explosionsschutz, Gefahrstoffverordnung, Maschinenrichtlinie) • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich des deutschen Umweltrechts (BImSchG), des WHG und der ATEX-Vorschriften wäre ein Vorteil • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Hands-on-Mentalität • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
