Your Main Mission

Take responsibility for an existing development team to bridge the gap between our Product vision and Technical execution. Your goal: ensure our quality standards, guarantee technical feasibility upstream, and cultivate the use of Artificial Intelligence to multiply our productivity.

Your Daily Challenges

1. Production & Operational Excellence

• Mastery of Flow & Agility: You will orchestrate sprints, break down work, and lead agile rituals to ensure a fluid and predictable release rhythm.
• Zero Tolerance for Regressions: You will embody an uncompromising quality culture. You will implement the necessary safeguards to avoid regressions and be responsible for the smooth running of each release.
• Expert Qualification: You will manage the incoming flow (bugs and new requests) through fine-grained qualification and prioritization, without absorbing the operational tasks.
• Obstacle Removal: You will provide tactical support to overcome complex technical blockers for your team, thereby ensuring the achievement of the roadmap you co-built with product.
• Steering: You will track the technical department's performance indicators and lead synchronization meetings with the product, sales, and customer success departments.

2. Architecture & Product Synergy

• Product Manager’s Partner: You will be their preferred partner. Together, you will align the technical roadmap with functional ambitions and commit to its proper execution.
• Specification Management: This is the core of your role. You will challenge, co-write, and validate specifications (Cahiers des Charges), in collaboration with the product team, with a critical eye to ensure technical feasibility and guide architectural choices from the design phase.
• Ecosystem Coherence: You will guarantee the robustness of the overall technical architecture and oversee external exchanges with our partners on technical matters.

3. Management & AI Acceleration

• Human Development: You will support the skill development of the current team (monitoring, career plans) and lead future recruitments to support our growth.
• AI Catalyst: Generative AI is already part of our development practices, but we want to go even further. Your role is to cultivate this usage daily, explore new tools, and push the team to embrace it even more to continuously and measurably gain quality and productivity.

The Profile We're Looking For

More than a classic background, we are looking for a true driving force for our team:

• Impact-Driven: You are not just looking for a job; you are looking for a project that has meaning to fully commit to it. You are driven by a deep desire to concretely transform the daily lives of farmers through useful and efficient technology.
• Proven Experience: You have 5 to 7 years of development experience, with at least 2 successful years in technical team management.
• Rigor and Product Vision: You have a strong appetite for reviewing specifications (Cahiers des Charges) and organization (sprints). You are a natural problem-solver, proactive, and solution-oriented.
• Technical Expertise (Stack):
  • You are proficient or comfortable with the languages in our stack: Vue.js and/or TypeScript.
  • You are comfortable with data management (MongoDB or any other type of NoSQL database).
  • You have good knowledge of designing and consuming REST APIs.
  • You are comfortable with Git and good code collaboration practices.
• Culture of Excellence: You have high standards for code quality and avoid regressions.
• AI Ambassador: You are ahead of the curve on AI practices applied to software development, its implementation, and know how to transmit this culture to your team with pedagogy and enthusiasm.
