Engineering Manager Architect (Enterprise Platforms- AWS/GCP Cloud with JAVA Microservices)

Role Overview

A strategic and technical Engineering Manager responsible for leading the development and scaling of core B2B product suites. This role oversees end‑to‑end delivery of high‑transaction platforms, managing multidisciplinary teams to build robust, cloud‑native solutions. It also bridges the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale cross‑functional engineering teams. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Product Delivery: Own end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑grade B2B applications, ensuring high availability for high‑transaction platforms.
• Strategic Architecture: Drive modernization of legacy systems. Lead migration from monolithic architectures to microservices and cloud‑native infrastructures (GCP/AWS).
• Operational Excellence: Implement cost optimization strategies and streamline operations to improve profitability and delivery velocity.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with product, sales, and executive leadership to define technology roadmaps aligned with long‑term business goals.
• Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies such as Agentic AI and Machine Learning, integrating them into workflows and product capabilities.
