What You Will Do
• Lead, hire, and coach a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of rapid development and technical excellence. • Drive architectural decisions and design discussions for complex AI-powered products, ensuring systems are scalable and production-ready. • Engage directly with healthcare professionals to translate real-world clinical workflows into innovative software solutions and automated voice interactions.
The ideal candidate
• Possesses 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2+ years specifically in an engineering management or leadership capacity. • Demonstrates strong systems-thinking with a track record of building and scaling complex applications in fast-paced, high-uncertainty environments. • Maintains a hands-on technical approach, willing to dive into code reviews, debugging, and testing while managing overall team delivery goals.
