POSITION OVERVIEW

The Electrical Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing electrical engineering operations, ensuring high-quality design, compliance, and execution of projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive performance across multidisciplinary teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and reports Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of power systems, industrial automation, or infrastructure projects Proven project management experience Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
