Engineering Manager

Our client seeking a technical leader to guide a high-performing engineering team responsible for enhancing and maintaining a suite of enterprise technology solutions. This role will oversee team execution, technical delivery, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing hands-on to engineering initiatives when needed.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Lead engineering and product development initiatives by overseeing technical projects, team performance, process improvements, and new product development. Manage engineering staff, budgets, and resource planning while supporting cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, operations, and quality teams. Drive continuous improvement efforts, evaluate project feasibility and costs, monitor project progress, and help implement strategies that improve product quality, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Required Qualifications: • B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field. • 7+ years’ experience in engineering, mechanical design, or similar. • At least 4 years of direct managerial experience leading and directing a team. • Proficient in the use of CAD design and analysis tools. • Proficient in the use of MS Office software, knowledge and experience with MS Project a plus. • Ability to take periodic travel required to support customer onsite meetings and reviews, both domestic and international. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
