Requirements and Your Profile
- Innovative strength & technological foresight
- In-depth understanding of the applications and limitations of AI in a corporate context
- Experience in AI/LLM-supported development and ideally in integrating AI-based features
- Several years of experience in C#/.NET or comparable programming languages, as well as in the technical leadership of developers
- Confident handling of scalable database systems (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and modern backend architectures (modular services)
- Ideally, experience with Angular (v15) and RabbitMQ
- Practiced knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes, fully automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
- Routine in handling Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests (unit & system tests)
- Product-oriented way of working and the ability to translate discovery results into clear, structured technical solutions
- Open, clear, and inspiring leadership – especially during phases of change
- English at least C1 (team), German at least B2 (stakeholders)
Your Responsibilities
- Architecture & Modernization: Conception, development, and scaling of our core systems (C#/.NET, MS SQL) towards resilient, containerized services on Linux/Kubernetes.
- Targeted reduction of internal technical complexity and strengthening of stability, resilience, and maintainability.
- Making well-founded architectural and platform decisions and further developing technical standards.
- Early integration of non-functional requirements in scoping.
- Technical support for Product Managers in discovery and prioritization processes.
- Expansion and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Increasing development speed through measurably shorter development cycles.
- Establishing AI/LLM-supported development in everyday engineering.
- Responsibility for active knowledge building and the creation of structured documentation.
- Disciplinary leadership and coaching of developers.
- Fast and effective onboarding of new team members.
- Promotion of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and constructive communication.

Responsibilities
- Konzeption, Entwicklung und Skalierung unserer Kernsysteme (C#/.NET, MS SQL) hin zu resilienten, containerisierten Services auf Linux/Kubernetes.
- Gezielter Abbau interner technischer Komplexität sowie Stärkung von Stabilität, Resilienz und Wartbarkeit.
- Treffen fundierter Architektur- und Plattformentscheidungen sowie Weiterentwicklung technischer Standards.
- Frühzeitige Verankerung nicht-funktionaler Anforderungen im Scoping.
- Technische Unterstützung von Product Managern in Discovery- und Priorisierungsprozessen.
- Ausbau und Optimierung von CI/CD-Pipelines (Azure DevOps).
- Steigerung der Entwicklungsgeschwindigkeit durch messbar kürzere Entwicklungszyklen.
- Etablierung von KI-/LLM-gestützter Entwicklung im Engineering-Alltag.
- Verantwortung für aktiven Wissensaufbau und den Aufbau einer strukturierten Dokumentation.
- Disziplinarische Führung und Coaching von Entwickler:innen.
- Schnelles und wirksames Onboarding neuer Teammitglieder.
