Engineering Manager Bahnkommunikation (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You structure program and project requirements into actionable development blocks for agile organization according to SAFe.
• You ensure the internal and external resource requirements and coordinate efficient, cross-team collaboration.
• You orchestrate internal and external dependencies, manage risk, and resolve corresponding impediments.
• As a member of the Engineering Leadership Team, you represent the requirements of programs and projects in the line.
• You also develop the strategic direction regarding personnel and skill management for your value chain and ensure its operational implementation in the overall context of the organization.

• You work analytically and structurally and convince through stakeholder-appropriate communication.
• You have experience in the mobile communication environment.
• For this role, we require a degree (FH/Uni/ETH) or an equivalent education or further training.
• Your German and English skills, both written and spoken, are very good (min. C1).
