What You'll Do:

• Lead architecture, engineering, and optimization of a Databricks + Azure data platform
• Design scalable, secure, and compliant data pipelines, lakehouse models, and analytics frameworks
• Implement DevSecOps and CI/CD automation across the data lifecycle
• Drive AI/ML integration to accelerate insights and data efficiency
• Mentor and grow a team of data engineers while setting engineering standards and best practices
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver trusted, high-quality data solutions

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years in data engineering / data warehouse architecture
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data platforms
• Deep expertise in:
  • Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark, MLflow)
  • Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Storage, SQL)
• Strong background in:
  • CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation frameworks
  • Secure, compliant data environments (regulated industries preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams
