What You'll Do:
- Lead architecture, engineering, and optimization of a Databricks + Azure data platform
- Design scalable, secure, and compliant data pipelines, lakehouse models, and analytics frameworks
- Implement DevSecOps and CI/CD automation across the data lifecycle
- Drive AI/ML integration to accelerate insights and data efficiency
- Mentor and grow a team of data engineers while setting engineering standards and best practices
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver trusted, high-quality data solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years in data engineering / data warehouse architecture
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale data platforms
- Deep expertise in:
- Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark, MLflow)
- Azure Data Services (ADF, Synapse, Storage, SQL)
- Strong background in:
- CI/CD, DevSecOps, automation frameworks
- Secure, compliant data environments (regulated industries preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams
